We’ve all wandered aimlessly through the junk food, candy and ice cream aisles of Walmart and asked ourselves the inevitable question: to snack or not to snack? This, collegiettes, is the mystery that has come to define our generation. In a culture where we’ve become what we eat, it’s sometimes a little difficult to find the healthier snack option that satisfies our sweet tooth.

Luckily, there are guilt-free and delicious solutions to the everyday binge munching and calorie-counting woes of collegiettes across the country. Skinny Cow sweets and Skinnygirl products have given women the liberty of indulging without worrying about the calories.

The Skinny Revolution

Skinny Cow was started in 1994 with the delicious idea of making ice cream and chocolate desserts into snack food for the healthy woman. According to their website, Skinny Cow is for “dessert lovers who know that looking good and staying healthy doesn’t mean a life without indulgence.” Skinny Cow desserts have been such a sensation that they recently launched a new line of chocolate candy. Great news for us collegiettes who are always craving dessert!
