…if you actually love buying new school supplies

…if you treat dressing for the first week of classes as a fifth course

…if you have a strong desire to sneak into Color Wars

…if you over-packed

…and if you still find yourself at Walmart buying the 15 things you forgot

…if you only read two books on your personal summer reading list

…if you started crafting for girls you don’t even know yet in June and now have storage issues

…if your tolerance has gone way down

…to not be an OA and still move in long before classes start

…to hit Cherry Alley, Ard’s and Mercado Burrito all in the first weekend

…if you are a little jealous of all the shiny new freshman girls

…but thankful that you will never ever have to ask for the actual address of a nicknamed party house ever again

…to be pumped about having classes in the new Academic West building

…if you’ll miss your room at home, but not as much as you missed pillow talk with your roommate

…to refuse to accept that your summer tan will be gone within that first week

…to jump and scream together when your girlfriends are all finally reunited

Margaret is a senior at Bucknell University majoring in psychology and economics. She is a campus correspondent for Her Campus Bucknell, a member of the women's squash team, and spent last semester abroad in Rome. She loves all kinds of music from Michael Buble to old-school hip hop, Kiawah Island (SC), Oprah magazine, crossword puzzles and going out to leisurely weekend brunches with her friends.
Elizabeth is a senior at Bucknell University, majoring in English and Spanish. She was born and raised in Northern New Jersey, always with hopes of one day pursuing a career as a journalist. She worked for her high school paper and continues to work on Bucknell’s The Bucknellian as a senior writer. She has fervor for frosting, creamy delights, and all things baking, an affinity for classic rock music, is a collector of bumper stickers and postcards, and is addicted to Zoey Deschanel in New Girl. Elizabeth loves anything coffee flavored, the Spanish language, and the perfect snowfall. Her weakness? Brunch. See more of her work at www.elizabethbacharach.wordpress.com
