Most people know the Lewisburg area for its rolling countryside and miles of cornfields. What some may not know, however, is that Lewisburg and its surrounding areas offer a brunch scene that is sure to make your mouth water. Whether you’re looking for a warm, freshly brewed cup of coffee or a stack of chocolate chip pancakes exploding with some serious flavor, the various eateries in and around Lewisburg never fail to hit the spot. So rejoice food lovers! Check out the following delicious and quaint spots to go brunchin’ in the ‘Burg:  

1. Cherry Alley Cafe

From savory breakfast sandwiches to sweet crepes, Cherry Alley Cafe offers the best of both worlds when it comes to brunch. With a warm and homey feel, Cherry Alley Cafe is a great place to stop into for an early weekend meal. Just steps away from Bucknell’s campus, Amami has been a popular place to grab a quick brunch with friends since its recent opening. With innovative and tasty daily specials, you’ll never be bored with Amami’s breakfast and lunch menu. Plus, their freshly baked goods and specialty coffee drinks will keep you coming back for more! So when you’re looking for a charming and convenient place to grab a bite to eat, head on over to Amami on Market Street.

4. The Kind Cafe

If you love Amami you’ll be sure to love The Kind Cafe in Selinsgrove! Operated and run by the same owners, the Kind Cafe offers the same great freshness and taste you can find at Amami but with a slightly larger menu. In addition, The Kind Cafe has a more expansive seating area, giving you the opportunity to chow down on a delicious meal as you study for an upcoming exam.

Located inside the indoor country village just minutes from campus, the Street of Shops restaurant has become a weekend brunch destination for many Bucknell students.
