Who doesn’t love cheese? These stuffed eggplants are the perfect thing for a cool, fall day. Cozy and warm, this appetizer is a perfect autumn starter.

 

Thai Chicken BBQ: grilled chicken marinated in Thai spices and coconut milk on bamboo skewers and peanut sauce (Siam)
