If you’re like me, then when you booked your spring break trip a few months ago you probably felt immediate stress and anxiety. For me, it’s wearing clothes that are more revealing than usual and socializing constantly. But to calm myself down from this stress here are a few things I did.

Friendship

Reach out to your friends— I bet they feel the same way!

Health

Eat healthy and go to the gym. Even if you aren’t trying to lose weight, this will bring your confidence up!

Shopping

Buy or wear clothes that make you feel good!

Comfort

Make sure you are going somewhere with people where you are comfortable!

Just Have Fun

And, most importantly, spring break is a time to relax and have fun!

Spring break can be a nerve-wracking time, from the constant socialization to the more revealing clothing. But try out some of these tips to help relieve that stress. After all, you should be having fun!
