Exercises You Can Do In Your Dorm Room

As the weather gets colder and your motivation to do anything dwindles, the very last thing on your list of priorities becomes gym-time. However, working out doesn’t have to be limited to FitRec. In fact, you don’t even have to leave your dorm room!

So, before giving up completely on fitness, think about doing these exercises in your room.

And, if you find yourself continually choosing your bed over the elliptical, here is your solution:

Stay in your PJs and save your cute gym clothes for the classroom, without losing hope of that summer bod. You’ll thank me come May, and no one— besides maybe your roommate— has to know your secret.  It’s a win-win!
