5 Tips That Will Help You Get Back Into The Swing of College

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Bryn Mawr chapter.

Transitioning from Summer vacation mode to hardcore rise and grind College mode is beyond tough, but these 5 tips will help you start off the new school year strong!

Stay organized and write everything down.

This will only benefit you, and it’ll save you some frustration.

Create a realistic schedule that you can easily stick to.

Whether you block out a chunk of time in the afternoon to do homework or you schedule in a few hours to hang out with friends, having a set schedule will help you finish everything you need to do.

Find ways to keep yourself motivated!

Sometimes we are easily blindsided by the struggles we have to go through as a student, but keeping a few goals in the back of your mind will help you keep going strong.

Set an alarm.

Try going to sleep and waking up around the same time every day so that your summer sleep schedule will quickly change into your school sleep schedule.

Have a fun reunion with all of your college friends!

Go out to eat together or plan a movie night where you can all talk about your summer and reconnect as BFF’s.
