With the holiday season swiftly approaching, generating wishlists can feel impossible to complete with all of the quickly changing trends, fleeting sales, and shopper’s fatigue. While doing some window shopping of my own and generating a list of growing college and dorm-life beauty necessities, I have compiled my go-to gift list of the best skincare and makeup that serves as both a daily staple and finishing touch for the bigger events, perfect to conquer Black Friday weekend and gift-giving guides with.

This Black Friday weekend, Ulta’s online shopping platform is hosting a sale for up to 50% off, with plenty of popular brands and chic trends discounted. With one of my favorite deals on Ulta being partnered with Sol de Janeiro, you can find an array of scents suited for every personality, at 25% off. Another great go-to brand is Olaplex, with a 30% sale at Ulta. Additionally, my favorite brand for sensitive-skin friendly skincare and makeup is Rhianna’s brand Fenty.
