Halloween on College Hill takes fashion to a whole new level. Every year, it gets harder and harder to find the perfect stylish look that’s better than last year. While there will always be the classics like the party animals and princesses, there’s something extra and fashion forward about a celebrity-inspired costume and new inspiration comes out every year. It’s boldly chic and the perfect excuse to channel your inner celeb for the night. Here are some of the looks I have to see this year.

Sabrina Carpenter

If anyone has completely taken over our feeds this past year, it’s Sabrina Carpenter. Ever since her Short n’ Sweet tour style and iconic glam looks, she’s become peak Halloween inspo. With the micro skirts, knee high boots, and of course the snatched corsets, her style is truly unmatched, and I don’t know about you, but Halloween is the perfect opportunity to recreate one of her iconic bedazzled outfits. It’s flirty, glamorous, and will easily make you the best dressed at any Halloween party. Bonus points if you recreate her full glam makeup and bouncy curls!

Marilyn Monroe

Marilyn Monroe is the definition of glamour and is “that girl” in every decade. She’s timelessly iconic. A Marilyn costume is the ultimate representation of old Hollywood and will forever be an infamous fashion icon. Whether you do the iconic white halter dress with a red lip, or the bright pink outfit with pearls and the curled blonde bombshell vibe, it’s delivering classic and stylish glam. Grab a sparkly heel and embrace the “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend” Marylin mindset.

Britney Spears

Halloween would not be complete without a Britney Spears moment and the options are endless. You could do the classic Britney schoolgirl look that, though simple, hits every time. Or maybe your move is her red latex “Oops! I Did It Again” fit, or one of her low-rise jean and baby tee 2000s looks. Britney costumes are timeless and instantly recognizable. Be unapologetically chic, iconic, and maybe even a little toxic, as Britney would say. And it’s the perfect excuse to give a little attitude and play your favorite Britney hits all night long.

Adam Sandler

This one is the coziest costume on this list and for those girls who like to keep it casual, comfy, and funny, of course. Loose basketball shorts, baggy t-shirt, and a pair of sneakers is all you need for the Adam Sandler look. This costume is a Halloween classic unto itself, especially for girls who don’t want to be uncomfortable but do want to work in a bit of humor, even if just for one of the nights. It’s as chill as you can get but also forever legendary. Throw on some shades and walk around like you just rolled out of bed, hit up a drive through, and make a quick run to the Halloween function.

Tate McRae

I can’t be the only one who is obsessed with everything Tate McRae. She radiates cool girl energy and has the hottest looks of any celebrity. She is the ultimate inspo for anyone looking to turn heads and be the best dressed of the night. Her style is completely captivating and this modern look makes for the perfect outfit that probably hasn’t been done by many people you know. Micro shorts, cheetah print, and a strappy heel are all you need for the perfect Tate look!

Paris Hilton

“That’s hot” is all you need to say for people to know who you’re referring to. Paris Hilton’s Y2K looks never go out of style. Every year she reminds us she’s still the inspiration for the best Halloween outfits. Recreate her famous rhinestone dress or maybe one of her velvet Juicy Couture sweat suits with a cute handbag. This is the ultimate 2000s luxury Beverly Hills aesthetic. Embrace your celebrity status and dress to impress, and as Paris said, “the only rule is don’t be boring and dress cute wherever you go. Life is too short to blend in.”

Marie Antoinette

If you’re ready to go full drama and make a statement, Marie Antoinette is your girl. She truly is the best inspiration for any era look. Her voluminous dresses, pearls, and big hair are extra in all the best ways. Modernize it with a corset and pastel color palette, and you have the ultimate regency core moment. The Bridgerton girls know exactly what vibe we are going for. It’s elegant, over the top, and perfect for anyone who wants something to make a statement.

From an iconic pop star look to old Hollywood glam, celebrity costumes always deliver on building a fabulous outfit. Halloween is the best time of the year to be a little extra. So take advantage of the night, and get in touch with your inner celebrity. If there’s one thing a celebrity can always do, it’s stand out and be the best dressed person in the room!
