Manifestation Tips: Working With the Days of the Week

Welcome to the final stretch of the Spring semester, Her Campus readers! If you’re anything like me, this week will have you turning to any and all resources for stress relief. With finals on the horizon and projects flying around like confetti at the Eras Tour, one thing that has helped me to feel I have more control over my life is to work with manifestation and my own belief system.

Berkeley’s Wellbeing Institute defines the process of manifestation as, “actually quite controversial in the field of psychology… These approaches suggest that we can manifest our thoughts into reality just by focusing on the things we want.” There have been many different methods and processes to manifesting, and many have been blowing up on TikTok. One popular method to manifestation is known as the 3-6-9 Method:

Pick an object or feeling you want in your life (ex. “I am wealthy”), then write it down 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night. Repeat daily.

However, I find this method to be a bit tedious and it can make me feel like I’m writing on cave walls and begging for what I want, which does not make me feel very empowered. However, if you feel a strong psychic connection to your manifestations and being able to manifest long-term goals on-the-daily, stick with it! Try it out and let me know how it works for you.

One method of manifestation that I have found a lot of success with lately is synchronization with the days of the week; their planetary properties and how to work with different days of divination in manifesting. Sticking to relative themes of the days of the week helps me to stay fresh in my manifestations and feel like they are growing alongside me as the planets move and shift. In manifesting, focusing on different themes or aspects of my manifestation each day helps me feel closer, more in-tune with, and more understanding of my goals/aspirations.

For example, lately, I have been wanting to feel better physically. I have a lot of pain in my body due to stress, anxiety, and other health conditions. In manifesting a better connection with my body, I turned to different aspects of the week in this goal.

Sunday: Success, wealth, abundance, personal growth, healing, creativity (ruled by the Sun)

Monday: Divination, intuition, the home, fertility, peace, hope, dreams, travel (ruled by the Moon)

Tuesday: Action, victory, success, courage, passion, matrimony, self-esteem (ruled by Mars)

Wednesday: Communication, travel, business, money, luck, studying, writing (ruled by Mercury)

Thursday: Abundance, luck, money, career, legal, contracts (ruled by Jupiter)

Friday: Romance, passion, fertility, family, love, beauty, friendship (ruled by Venus)

Saturday: Protection, banishing, psychic attacks, cleansing, self-discipline, transformation (ruled by Saturn)

Using these themes of the days has helped me to stay on track of my manifestation by working on different aspects each day. On Monday, I may focus more on intentions with healing and creativity. On Wednesday, I may use the concept of enhanced passion to do yoga with intention, and so on. I hope this information is helpful in your manifestation journeys!
