How to Refocus After Spring Break & Finish Strong

Another Spring Break has come and gone…

It’s time to get back to business and get ready to end the semester on a high note! Sure, we all know this first week back is going to be a struggle…

but just think, the sooner we get back to classes, the sooner Block Party weekend will be here! 

So, what can we do to get back into our groove?

Don’t miss a workout this weekYou’re probably not going to be in the mood to do anything at all this first week back but exercising is one of the things that you absolutely have to do, otherwise it will be too hard to get back into it. 

Eat HealthyStart your mornings out with a healthy breakfast to help you continue your healthy trend throughout the day. Studies have shown that when students eat healthier, they not only are in a better mood but their academic performance is better, too! 

Go to classMaybe you were slacking a little going to class before break. Make the most of your education and try to make all of your classes from here on out. Finals are going to be here quicker than you expect so you want to make sure you are fully prepared. Just a little tip, if you go to class and get good grades during the semester, you won’t be totally stressed out over having to get a great grade on the final to pass the class! 

Get Organized and Don’t ProcrastinateYou are most likely going to have your biggest projects due within the next few weeks so make sure you are sure of everything you will need to include and when each project is due. Making lists and writing due dates, meetings, and assingments in your planner is are great way to make sure you have everything done on time. By having things written down and able to see in front of you, you will know what needs to be done and in what order so you don’t need to procrastinate anymore! 

Refocus and get back into it! Classes will be over before you know it!
