10 Ways To Alleviate Stress During Finals

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Bentley chapter.

With this week being the last week of classes at Bentley, finals are just around the corner. Finals week brings a lot of stress and anxiety because students have a lot of work to do in a small period of time. Although grades are important, so is mental health. Here are 10 ways to make sure you stay grounded and don’t get too stressed out during finals week:

  1. Workout for 30 minutes to an hour
  2. Go for a walk or spend time outside
  3. Watch just one episode of your favorite show
  4. Have a healthy snack you enjoy
  5. Stay hydrated by drinking lots of water
  6. Take a quick, 30-minute power nap
  7. Spend time with a friend/family member
  8. Play a board game
  9. Draw/paint
  10. Listen to your favorite music
