Why did you choose Belmont?
I chose Belmont because I really wanted to get out of my comfort zone, aka my hometown, and I really wanted to go on into the music industry. I loved the campus, and I loved the music business program. Honestly, Belmont was the only school that I looked at!
What are your career goals?
My career goal is to work in live events, whether that is in TV, or music. I would also love to go into booking, or music supervision. I’m all over the place
Favorite place to go in Nashville?
My favorite place to go in Nashville is the Humane Society. I love dogs, and I really miss mine, so I make sure to go there and take the ones up for adoption out for a little walk at least once a week.
Do you have any hobbies?
I was on a ski team for 15 years, I love art, and I play way too many instruments. I also love watching stand-up and visiting comedy clubs across the country.
What’s your favorite class you’ve taken at Belmont?
My favorite class that I’ve taken at Belmont is the Popular Music Experience. It was basically a history class on music that started back centuries ago until now. I love learning about musicians and bands in general and the history behind them.
Top 3 favorite bands?
My top three favorite bands are Aerosmith, the Foo Fighters, and Billy Joel’s band.
Favorite Movie?
My favorite movie is Wayne’s World.
