Halloween is the perfect time to binge on super sugary candy and snacks… but it can also make you feel a little guilty. All the sugar rushes and sweet snacks that come with this candy-filled holiday are great for satisfying this sweet tooth, but not so great for keeping up that healthy lifestyle. And while we all totally deserve this indulgent break, there may be times that you are craving something not candy related but still in the spirit of the season. If that’s what you’re after, check out these healthy halloween treats below!

1. Monster Teeth

These are super cute AND healthy. It’s just sliced apples, peanut butter, and either some kind of yogurt-covered berries or sliced almonds. It will definitely satisfy your sweet and savory cravings.

2. Ghost Popsicles

Not only are these super easy to make, but they’re also really adorable. Just take a banana, pop it on a stick, then dip it in white chocolate and freeze. Just like that you have a great healthy snack!

3. Candy Corn Popsicles

Candy corn is a staple of the Halloween season, but they’re super sugary (not always a bad thing). If you’re looking for a healthier option, just use orange juice, lemonade, and yogurt to make a gradient popsicle reminiscent of candy corn.

4. Jack-O-Lantern fruit cup

This one requires a little bit of work, but if you and your friends are having a party it may be worth it. Just open an orange, take out the fruit, and cut out a jack-o-lantern face in the peel. Then fill it up with fruit. Voila!

5. Blueberry and Plum Spider

It is exactly what it says it is: a spider made from blueberries and plums… and pretzel sticks, and edible eyes. Fun, easy, and healthy! What more can you ask for in a halloween snack?!

If your teeth need a break from all the sugary sweets you’re eating, enjoy these healthy halloween treats this spooky season!
