Healthy and Easy Banana Muffins

Quick and easy banana muffin recipe for us college students on the go in the mornings! So yummy and so simple. I've been on a baking kick lately and it's been so SWEET. I love making something on sunday that I can eat all week! Enjoy!

 

2 mashed bananas

1 egg

¼ cup milk of choice (I used almond)

1 cup flour of choice (I used almond)

½ cup quick oats

1 tsp baking soda

¼ cup sweetener/honey (I used agave)

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tbsp cocoa powder

Almonds to top!

 

A few simple instructions...

1. Mix the wet and dry ingridients together in separate bowls.

2. Pour evenly into muffin tins and bake in the oven at 325 for about 15 minutes!

3. Add anything else to the batter, or on top (PEANUT BUTTER TASTES AMAZING ON THESE), and enjoy by heating up or just kept at room temperature!
