This week, I was everywhere from the concourse at 8 a.m. to the highest room of the tallest tower of the Recreation and Wellness Center!
A great end to a long day- a yoga class at the Recreation and Wellness Center! Here’s the view from the top room of the tower!
There is only ONE perk to having an 8 a.m. class and that is the emptiness of the concourse! I passed probably only four people on my way to class.
Did you know National Coffee Day was on Tuesday, September 29? I took advantage of that, and made a trip to The Bean, the cutest retro coffee shop downtown.
