This week’s Campus Cutie happens to be my flatmate, soulmate and BFF for life (obviously).
Let’s find out more about this blonde bombshell…
Ruthie thinks that the best thing about university is being able to have complete control over what you eat, and when you eat (we totally agree). The hardest thing for Ruthie however is pretending to be an adult when you really don’t have a clue and have to phone your mum for help. (We also know this all too well…)
This geography-studying gal loves to travel and has been to many places far and wide. Let’s hear what she had to say about her time travelling in Thailand and Costa Rica! “Travelling was amazing!!! If there’s one thing you should do when you’re at uni it is to travel! You make so many amazing memories and experience so many things you just wouldn’t if you went on a normal hotel holiday. Such as finding a scorpion in your room and acting like it’s totally normal, or people-watching at the full moon party.” Ruthie has however now sworn that she will never be using a backpack again for a holiday…
We then sat down with Ruthie to ask her some more questions!
HC: What would be your ideal date?
RS: It would have to be a romantic walk along the beach or cycle (if I don’t fall off my bike or get run over by a car). And then sushi! But then again, that’s probably the worst kind of food you could ever eat on a first date…
HC: Romantic walks certainly sound familiar… For those who don’t know, Ruthie’s boyfriend Ollie Ferguson, is also a fellow Campus Cutie! (Cutie couple alert!) How does it feel Ruth?
RS: Haha well we must be the cutest couple if we’ve both been picked! However I’ve still not got that perfect date he described… Hint hint! But I do love extra cheese on my pizza too, so maybe we’re meant to be hahaha.

Merida from Brave, that’s my favourite Disney film. And I love how she gets to ride horses with her hair flowing in the wind. Unlike me who looks like a total helmet head…

I’m a total organisational freak when it comes to planning. The thought of a plan changing gives me the fear. I hate when people message you half a hour before your meant to meet saying they can’t make it can we rearrange or that there going to be late. That’s another thing I can’t deal with.
