It’s that time of year again! On May 15, Starbucks announced the start of their annual summer games. Back for a consecutive eighth year, this year’s game is called Starbucks Summer Game: Adventure Awaits, and it promises Starbucks Rewards members a chance to win more than 10 million prizes, including an extra special grand prize. (ICYMI, Starbucks recently revealed their brand new summer menu, so now is the perfect reason to participate!)
How To Play The Starbucks Summer Game 2023
Want to know how to play? All you need to do is sign up and become a Starbucks Reward member. Once you join, that’s when the games begin. This year, the Starbucks Summer Game features a snapshot game and a bubble-popping puzzle. In the snapshot game, “snap” a picture with the camera icon and a fun polaroid prints out and reveals your prize! Completing activities like reloading your Starbucks account or ordering on the app allow you to earn more snapshots, boosters for your game board, or both!
Speaking of the gameboard, in the puzzle game, your goal is to clear as many fun colorful icons as you can from your gameboard in your allotted moves. You can earn boosters from the snapshot game, and sometimes unlock bonuses by making a purchase at Starbucks! Try to play through all five chapters (up to 20 levels!) of the color-popping puzzle. And keep an eye out, because Starbucks will be revealing new levels of adventures every week!
The Starbucks Summer Game 2023 Prizes
Now that you know how to play, let’s talk about what you can win. You can win instant prizes like bonus stars and gift cards from the snapshot game, but there’s more. Other prizes include Starbucks Summer Game temporary tattoos, a Starbucks Reserve tumbler or tote, and even the Cranium 25th Anniversary Edition board game!
But we’re not done, besties! Every time you play one of the games, you’re entered for a chance to win one of three amazing prizes. Two of them are a $250 Starbucks gift card (that’s a lot of Frappuccinos) and 1,000 bonus stars.
But of course, the grand prize is what truly takes the cake (or in this case, cake pop).
