How To Get The Starbucks Snoopy Cold Cup Before It Sells Out

I don’t know how to tell you this, besties, so I’m just going to say it: There might be a cuter drink vessel than the Starbucks Bearista. I know, blasphemy! But once you see the new Starbucks Snoopy Cold Cup, you’ll understand.

Just announced and releasing on Sept. 15, the Snoopy Glass Cold Cup ($39.95) is part of Starbucks’s new collection of limited-edition merchandise inspired by It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown, the iconic Peanuts Halloween special that’s basically synonymous with kicking off the fall season. The collab marks the 60th anniversary of the nostalgic Peanuts film, making the lineup of drinkware and accessories all the more meaningful.

“The return of Pumpkin Spice Latte and It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown are both enduring signs that fall has arrived,” Dana Pellicano, SVP of Global Product Experience at Starbucks, said in a press release. “This collaboration brings those traditions together in a collection designed to celebrate the joy of the season, and we’re excited to share it with our customers. The Snoopy Glass Cold Cup is a special addition to the collection, one that is sure to become a cherished keepsake for Starbucks and Peanuts fans alike.”

As with anything Peanuts-related, Snoopy is the star of the show with this collection. The cold cup features the sassy Beagle wearing a cozy green scarf and orange beanie (which also serves as the cup’s lid), as well as a cute little straw topper in the form of Snoopy’s good-natured sidekick, Woodstock.

The cups will be available starting Sept. 15, while supplies last, in participating stores across the U.S., Canada, Latin America and the Caribbean, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific markets. If you remember the intense hype around the Bearista cold cup debut, you’re probably wondering how early you should get to your local Starbucks, and how prepared you should be for a fight to get your hands on a Snoopy glass. As of Sept. 3, it’s not clear how many cups will be available in each Starbucks store, so you might want to plan to get to your local store on the early side for a better chance of getting one. It’s also worth noting that there will be a two-item per customer purchase limit, so that should help cut down on chances they sell out immediately.

In addition to the Snoopy cup, there are nine other pieces of Peanuts merch included in this collection, including a Stainless Steel Cold Cup featuring Lucy and Snoopy ($32.95), a 14-ounce Ceramic Mug showing the Peanuts gang as well as a surprise Snoopy at the bottom ($29.95), a fall-themed Mini Tote with Snoopy and Woodstock ($29.95), and more.
