How To Get Chipotle’s Free Double Protein Deal On Jan. 13

Protein has become the rage in recent years, with different chains implementing more protein-forward food and drink items — and Chipotle’s definitely been part of this, with its recently released High-Protein Menu. And this is all for good reason; protein provides a lot of health benefits to those who implement it into their diet. Some benefits of protein include keeping you full, supporting your bones and muscles, helping your body to repair itself after injury, and more. And now, Chipotle’s making it easier for its fans to get even more protein in — without spending more money.

On Tuesday, Jan. 13, Chipotle Rewards members in the U.S. and Canada can score a free double protein offer on bowls, burritos, and salads. Here’s how it works: Members who order bowls, burritos, and salads with double protein can use code PROTEIN in the app or on Chipotle’s website to receive the extra four-ounce portion of protein for free. Yes, you read that right, a double portion of protein completely on the house!

Protein options at Chipotle include adobo chicken, steak, braised beef barbacoa, carnitas, and sofritas. The offer is valid on any custom entrée with double protein, as well as the entrees featured on the new high-protein menu. These items include the Double High Protein Bowl, the Double High Protein Burrito, and Josh Hart’s High Protein Burrito.

“With clean protein being a pillar of our core menu, our restaurants have long been popular destinations for athletes and gym-goers to refuel,” Chris Brandt, Chipotle’s president and chief brand officer, said in a press release about the deal. “By offering free double protein for Chipotle Rewards members on Jan. 13, we’re making it easier to power progress with real food.”

This deal is great for college students who are looking for filling meals at an affordable price — so be sure you’re signed up for the rewards program and cash in!
