How Much Protein Is In Dunkin’s Protein Drinks? What To Know

Protein may have seen a huge spike in popularity in 2025, but it’s looking like it might be going even stronger in 2026. Many popular food and beverage brands have begun expanding their offerings to include more protein-forward offerings — from Unwell Hydration’s protein bev to Chipotle’s High Protein Menu — and now, Dunkin’ has entered the chat with a lineup of protein-boosted drinks.

Announced on Jan. 7, Dunkin’s new lineup of protein beverages is made with the brand’s new signature Protein Milk, which is used in each drink to add a significant bump of protein to a variety of coffees, matchas, lattes, and Refreshers. To celebrate the new offerings, Dunkin’ teamed up with the one and only Megan Thee Stallion — aka Pro-Tina, a playful take on her alter ego — who showed fans how the extra protein in the new Mango Protein Refresher powers her workout moves (or, at least, her hot girl dance moves).

“Teaming up with Dunkin’ to bring my new Mango Protein Refresher to life has been such an exciting experience and I can’t wait for the Hotties to try it,” Megan Thee Stallion said in a press release. “Whether you’re drinking it to boost your fitness routine or just to power through a busy day, it’s the perfect drink for any occasion.”

Dunkin’s new Protein Milk can be used to customize any beverage that allows for a milk or non-dairy base. But how much protein is in each of Dunkin’s protein drinks, exactly? The answer will vary depending on what drink you order (since the amount of milk that’s used in each drink will vary), but Dunkin’ highlighted a slate of beverages that, when the new milk is used, will have a whopping 15 grams of protein per medium-sized drink: Megan’s Mango Protein Refresher (created as a collab with Megan Thee Stallion), Strawberry Protein Refresher, Caramel Chocolate Iced Protein Latte, Almond Iced Protein Matcha Latte, Iced Protein Latte with Sugar-Free Vanilla (featuring Dunkin’s first-ever Sugar-Free Vanilla syrup).

Staying on theme, Dunkin’ also has a handful of limited-edition merch drops and brand collabs for the new year. First, to hype up the Meg Thee Stallion partnership, there’s the Dunk N’ Pump Collection, featuring retro workout gear that’s available for purchase on Dunkin’s merch site. Then, there’s the Dunkin’ x Bala® Collaboration, a set of 2-pound Bala Bangles in Dunkin’s signature colors, which will be available starting Jan. 12 on the Bala website. And finally, Dunkin’ is partnering with [solidcore] for a signature class called Signature50 Shakes on Dunkin’, happening at 6 a.m. from Jan. 14 to 16 at participating [solidcore] studios.

“We saw protein milk as a natural way to give our guests more flexibility in how they enjoy the Dunkin’ menu throughout the day,” Jill Nelson, chief marketing officer at Dunkin’, said in a press release about the company’s new protein push. “Protein Milk tastes great across coffee, lattes, and Refreshers without changing the flavors guests already love, and we’re excited to support the launch in unexpected ways.”
