If you weren’t at Madison Square Garden on Aug. 26, then you’re out of luck. Harry Styles performed night one of his 30-day Together, Together tour residency in NYC, and it was everything fans hoped for and more. After months of waiting, outfit planning, and having Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally on repeat, Harries have finally been fed.
Styles’s Aug. 26 MSG stop was the beginning of 30 straight shows at the Garden, which means it’s a really great time to be a New Yorker. This is also, unfortunately, Styles’s first and only show location in the U.S., as he will only be performing in seven major global cities.
But after seeing the videos of night one at MSG, it’s clear Styles isn’t holding back. From a surprise Dolly Parton tribute to the return of the iconic Kiwi kicks, night one gave fans plenty to talk about. Whether you’re a longtime Harry fan who has been following him since the OG One Direction days, a Fine Line era lover, or someone who just discovered Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally and hasn’t stopped listening since, there was something for everyone. But, if you weren’t able to snag those concert tickets, don’t fret — I’ve compiled a list filled with all the best moments of the first night of Styles’s residency in New York City.

Everyone was really shocked to see that Styles decided to just hop on stage and start dancing instead of being pushed under the stage in a nondescript box.
- Tribute to Dolly Parton

Tears were shed as Styles played a recording of “I Will Always Love You” to honor the life of beloved country music singer, Dolly Parton.

The iconic “Kiwi kicks” dance was brought back for an exciting performance of “Kiwi.”

Styles sang “American Girls” for the very first time in concert in the United States. (He sang it on SNL in March 2026, but still!)
