Millie Bobby Brown and her husband, Jake Bongiovi, have reportedly grown their little family from three to four! According to new reports, the couple recently welcomed a second baby by way of adoption. Her Campus reached out to Brown’s team for comment but didn’t hear back by the time of publication.
Last summer, Brown and Bongiovi adopted their first baby roughly a year after they tied the knot. The actress has been super open about wanting a big family, and it seems like she and Jake are continuing to make that dream come true! People shared the news on Sept. 17, saying a source confirmed their second child’s arrival. But some fans had a theory they might’ve welcomed the new addition already, thanks to an Instagram post Brown shared on social media back on Sept. 7.
In that post, Brown dropped her Dolomites dump on Instagram. The very first visual in the carousel is a video of Brown, Bongiovi, and their baby girl walking what looks to be a pair of alpacas across a bridge. But if you take a closer look, you’ll see that Jake Bongiovi has a baby carrier strapped on, while Brown is actively holding their daughter. Interesting.
Now, I know what you might be thinking: That photo doesn’t necessarily prove that Brown and Bongiovi welcomed a second child. It’s totally possible that their baby girl preferred to be held by Brown at that moment rather than being tucked into the baby carrier. Still, with that video being posted on Sept. 7 and reports coming out on Sept. 17 that the Bongiovi family is growing, it feels like the hints are hinting.
A quick scroll through some IG comments also shows that fans were speculating that Brown’s Instagram post might have been a soft launch of the baby news. One fan wrote, “They had another child?! Millie has the little one but Jake seem to wear a baby wrap?” Another fan wrote in part, “She’s either pregnant or they adopted their second baby because in the first pic she’s holding their baby while he is got baby carrier then in the second pic she’s showing her belly, third picture is showing 4 ducks (family of four).” Lots of people are curious, but more importantly, lots of people are excited for the family.
At the moment, there’s still no confirmation from Brown or Bongiovi on the baby news. Whether they’ve expanded their family or not, it’s important to respect their privacy. They’ll share the news with the world whenever they want, and if they don’t, that’s totally fine, too. But if the rumors are true, congratulations to Millie and Jake!
