After rumors swirled that Joe Jonas was meeting with lawyers to end his marriage to Sophie Turner, sources have confirmed that the singer has officially filed for divorce from the Game Of Thrones actress. Insiders report that Jonas filed a petition to end his union with Turner, citing that “the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken.” Jonas and Turner began dating back in 2016. They married 2019, and share two children together: Willa, born in 2020, and a second daughter whose name isn’t public, born just last year.
On Sept. 4, 2023, Jonas was seen publicly wearing his wedding ring, which sent a message to fans that things were good between him and Turner despite divorce rumors. A few weeks prior, Turner celebrated her husband in an Instagram post shared on Aug. 14. She shared several snaps from the Jonas Brothers’ New York concerts captioned “long long New York nights.”

As someone who has loved Jonas and Turner’s relationship since the beginning, I’m not ok right now. Jonas and Turner seemed like the type of couple who were going to stay together forever.
