Here’s Everything Going On With That Harry & Georgia Drama Taking Over Social Media

Move over, Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater — there’s a new dramatic saga taking over social media. Fans of the Netflix reality show multiverse, it’s your time to shine. While the dramatic Too Hot To Handle already came and went, this drama takes place IRL, and it involves the infamous Harry Jowsey and his ex (who was also on Too Hot To Handle in 2022), Georgia Hassarati. Here’s everything to know about the latest Harry Jowsey and Georgia Hassarati news taking over the internet.

On July 19, Jowsey appeared on the popular podcast Call Her Daddy, hosted by Alex Cooper. The Too Hot To Handle Season 1 star is no stranger to controversy (or spilling the tea), so it didn’t come as a surprise when he failed to hold back when Cooper asked about his past relationships. On the podcast, Jowsey claimed that his ex-girlfriend, Georgia Hassarati, cheated on him at Coachella in April 2023. Then, on July 30, Hassarati fired back at the claims in a three-part TikTok series setting the record straight. Her Campus reached out to both Jowsey’s and Hassarati’s teams for comment, but did not hear back at the time of publication.

Since Hassarati posted on her TikTok, the internet has done some investigating and has had no problem voicing their opinions on the alleged drama. However, with more information coming out by the minute, it can be hard to pinpoint exactly what happened and who the key players are. Luckily, I’ve taken the liberty of doing some digging on the feud — so you can get the 4-1-1 on all of the drama from the bitter beginning.

Harry Jowsey & Georgia Hasarrati’s dating timeline is… confusing.

In order to understand the drama, you’ve got to understand where it all started. In June 2022, the couple was linked shortly after Hassarati’s season of Too Hot To Handle aired. Then, in July 2022, the couple hard-launched when Jowsey shared photos of them in an Instagram carousel.

After the photo, Hassarati and Jowsey made social media headlines due to their on-again, off-again status before announcing their split in September 2022. At the time, the breakup was said to be amicable, with Jowsey writing on social media, “I wish her nothing but happiness and health in whatever she chooses to do and she will always have my support.”

However, just a few days after announcing their breakup, the two continued to tease their relationship on social media through subtle photos and flirting in the comments section. According to Hassarati’s TikTok, at the time, the relationship was “complicated.”

So, what’s up with the Georgia and Harry Coachella drama?

After the relationship deep-dive, this brings us to the present-day drama: the Call Her Daddy episode. On the podcast, Jowsey alleged that Hassarati had cheated on him at Coachella 2023 while he remained “faithful,” adding that he was “such an angel” during their relationship.

Following the episode’s viral status, Hassarati decided to take to TikTok on July 30 to give her side of the story. According to Hassarati, she was faithful in the relationship, while Joswey was “cheating on [her] many, many times.” Yikes.

Hassarati also accused Jowsey of being controlling in the relationship. “I sent photos to this person to prove I was home and in bed every single night,” she said in the viral TikTok. “He had my location. He wanted constant updates from me. I FaceTimed him at the festival.” At the time of publication, Jowsey has yet to respond to Hassarati’s claims.

wait, what about Georgia’s Ex, Dom Gabriel?

After Hassarati posted the TikToks, many fans flocked to confront her other ex, Dom Gabriel — who was a contestant alongside Hassarati on The Perfect Match. Hassarati and Gabriel also had their fair share of drama (most of it revolving around Jowsey), but Gabriel was quick to deny his involvement in this most recent social media squabble.

“PSA for anyone who thinks this has anything to do with me, it does not,” Gabriel said on his Instagram story. “Do your research.” Well, that settles that.

Since this drama is still unfolding, I’ll be sure to keep you updated on everything else that happens in the Hassarati-Jowsey vortex. So, until a response is posted, I’ll be patiently waiting for Hassarati to get her own Call Her Daddy episode.
