Could These New Emojis Save Your Life?

As the amount of emojis continues to grow and the way they are used continues to expand, including being able to order food from your favorite restaurant, there are now emojis that will save your life!

Seventeen reports that a Google engineer is calling for emojis that showcase what type of ingredients are in food, ingredients that could be hazardous for customers with food allergies, such as peanuts or sesame seeds. The proposal was submitted to the Unicode Consortium, a company in charge of software development.

As the proposal is still in its early stages, it is unknown as to when it will make its premiere, but it only makes our anticipation greater for the taco emoji, along with others, which was accepted in accordance with Unicode 8.0 back in June, according to The Next Web News.
