29 Cute Instagram Captions To Use For All Your Coachella Posts

Spring is here, which means Coachella is just around the corner, taking place on the weekends of April 14 and 21. It’s the music festival in California that everyone looks forward to. From avid music listeners to celebrities to social influencers, everyone who’s anyone attends Coachella. While it’s important that you plan out the perfect outfits, it’s equally as important to have the perfect Coachella Instagram caption to accompany all those awesome pictures you’re taking.

Coachella began in 1999 and has occurred every year since, with the exception of 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It gained rapid popularity after 2012 when Dr. Dre performed with a Tupac hologram. It also became a fashion show and a style guide when Vanessa Hudgens attended in 2012 and was dubbed “the queen of Coachella.”  Ever since then, it has become the pinnacle of fashion and music. Whether you’re going to Coachella yourself or just waiting for the pictures to populate your Instagram, there’s a caption out there for everyone to use.

“Met her at Coachella.”

If you make new friends or a potential love interest while at Coachella, this is the perfect caption, especially considering that Frank Ocean, who sings this line in his song “Novacane,” is headlining on both April 16 and 23.

“Feeling full of euphoria.”

For all the Euphoria fans out there that can’t wait to see Dominic Fike perform.

“One way or another I’m gonna find a way to come back.”

If you’re someone who makes going to Coachella a priority every year, this caption based off of the Blondie lyric will show your love for the festival.

“Now look at you, now look at me, look at you, look at me.”

For that day when you’re wearing your best Coachella outfit and truly feeling yourself, show yourself off on Instagram with this Blackpink lyric.

“I’m trying to be cool about it. Feelin’ like an absolute fool about it.”

I don’t know about you, but I’ve been listening to Boygenius’ new album, the record, on repeat.

“After the afterparty, we’re gonna keep it going.”

Whether you go to one afterparty once the music festivities are over or multiple, Charli XCX wrote this song for you.

“I’m not gonna be yours right now ‘cause I’ll never be yours no how.”

This is a caption for all the hot, single people. Whether you have an ex and want to show off what they’re missing or are just embracing the single life, this lyric from Kali Uchis is the perfect way to do it.

“Everybody’s watching her, but she’s looking at you.”

Though Calvin Harris isn’t a part of the lineup for Coachella, it is confirmed that he’s performing there. You can use the lyrics from one of his most popular collaborations with Rihanna to show off how good you look.

“Coachella isn’t just a festival. It’s a lifestyle. It’s a religion.”

Modified from the Gilmore Girls quote turned meme, people are bound to get this pop culture reference.

“Coachella’s sun tanned/burned my skin and the music fed my soul.”

You can modify this caption depending on whether you burn or tan naturally, but if you’re someone who truly feels at home at a music festival, feel free to let the world know.

“Coachella gave me a found family for a weekend and memories that will last a lifetime.”

My personal favorite thing about concerts and music festivals are not only the music, but the community it can give. Even if you don’t keep in touch with the people after Coachella, you will know that you are one of the few people that got to experience it all together.

“I’m gonna have to work for weeks after this weekend, but the memories will be worth it.”

Between buying tickets for Coachella, the outfits, the Ubers and the food and drinks, Coachella can have you financially drained by the end of it. However, it’s important to remind yourself that you can always make the money back, but you can’t change your memories.

“I was at Coachella leaning on your shoulder.”

Even though Lana Del Rey isn’t performing at Coachella, you can still use her lyrics for your Instagram pics. Whether you go with one friend or a big group of friends, it would be cute if you took a picture with your arms wrapped around each other’s shoulders.

“It feels like one of those nights we won’t be sleeping.”

While we are waiting for the day that Taylor Swift performs at Coachella, you can use the “22” lyric in the meantime.

“The purpose of the desert is to jam out to good music.”

I don’t know about you, but camping out in the desert doesn’t sound appealing to me unless you give me a weekend of my favorite artists.

“dancing all night and wearing my favorite flower crowns.”

For those that don’t know, flower crowns gained popularity because of Coachella. It only makes sense that you wear a flower crown when attending the festival and use it for your captions.

“Coachella is my runway and I’m my own paparazzi.”

If you’re going to Coachella to show off your iconic outfits and to see what other people are wearing, there’s no better caption than this one.

“Did anyone else’s soul leave their body when (blank) performed or just me?”

I know that I have this feeling whenever I see my faves live.

“If anyone needs me, I will be replaying my memories from Coachella.”

Post-concert depression always hits hard and Coachella is like multiple concerts in one. Warn people to take it easy on you while you’re coming down from your Coachella high.

“I got to witness the birth of fashion and music and I’ll do it again.”

Coachella is where fashion and music come to unite.

“This weekend was three long days of feeling at home with music.”

Coachella can allow you to let go of all of your worries and just enjoy the music.

“This weekend was a dream I don’t ever want to wake up from.”

Live performances truly feel like a dream because they’re so wonderful and can never compare to anything you see on TV or on the internet.

“Sunset skies and margaritas with limes.”

If you’re of drinking age and want to drink while at Coachella, take some pictures with your margarita with the sunset in the background for an iconic photo-op!

“Coachella ella ella aye.”

If you’re still not over Rihanna’s iconic 2023 Super Bowl performance, use this spin on the “Umbrella” lyric to immortalize your Coachella experience.

“Warning: My screaming will cause your ears to bleed.”

For those Instagram posts of your favorite performances that include you screaming at the top of your lungs. Let your inner fangirl out unashamedly!

“Paradise on earth exists and it’s called Coachella.”

Coachella is unlike any other festival, considering it’s probably one of the most well-known.

“Give me a time machine so I can go back to Coachella.”

Given that Coachella is only two weeks out of the year, it makes sense that you would want to go back every weekend of your life.

“Time to catch up on all the sleep I missed while I was at Coachella.”

While the experience was wonderful, there’s also something wonderful about crashing into bed and having sweet dreams.

“We danced all night to the best song ever.”

Combine Coachella with everyone’s favorite early 2010s boyband. Also, this is me manifesting that one day we get a One Direction reunion at Coachella.
