After the absolute chaos of the Tarte Dubai trip in January, the brand is officially back with another influence trip. This time, we’re entering a Turks & Caicos era. You know it’s gonna be good when you see Alix Earle skipping more school to go on the trip – it’s almost graduation, I don’t know how the girl does it. Earle is keeping all of us updated with a bunch of GRWMs. One of them features a very special guest that she invited along on the trip. We already know that Alix Earle has some iconic friends, including Jake Shane (@octopusslover8) and fellow UMiami influencer, Xandra Pohl. But why are we not talking about Topher?!
Topher Griffin (@tophhgriff on TikTok) is a friend of Earle’s who also attends the University of Miami. The farthest back that their posts go together is February 15 when Griffin posted a TikTok of them dancing together (I need them to post a “how we met” storytime immediately). Griffin also attended Earle’s AminoLean energy drink event on March 24. Earle’s first TikToks of them are from early April, including one of her segments that she called “Tea Time with Topher.” In the video, Griffin teases Earle for her Starbucks order (which is a very berry hibiscus refresher) and her recent hotel sneaky link experience — their banter is everything. They also gave fans some relationship advice.
“For those of you out there that have your mind on a boy, and you’re like hooked on him, obsessed with him… let go of that,” says Griffin. “Because the second you let go… that text will be there. ‘Cause he always comes back.”
After tea time, I knew I had to do a deep dive into his TikTok account. I’m actually so obsessed. He’s going to be big after this Turks & Caicos trip.
Griffin posted a TikTok yesterday, April 25, saying that Earle is bringing him along to Turks & Caicos for a fun little “after-school activity.” They also posted this gem showing the private plane experience. Earle and Griffin can be seen lip-syncing to Nicki Minaj and Ice Spice, dancing in their Juicy Couture tracksuits, and sipping on Earle’s AminoLean collab.
The comments under Griffin’s TikTok are gold.
“Telling my kids this was ryan and sharpay,” the top comment says.
“My presidents,” writes another.
The “Tarte Island” Turks & Caicos trip has also brought us a crossover between Griffin and none other than Kennedy Eurich herself – this multiverse is getting wild.
