Willow Pham is a staff writer at the Her Campus at Florida State chapter. She writes articles that pertain to culture, media & entertainment, lifestyle, and campus.
Alongside working with Her Campus, Willow also serves as the director of public relations at WVFS Tallahassee, FSU's award-winning radio station. There, she is also a radio disc jockey, where she hosts a weekly three-hour on-air broadcast. During her time abroad with FSU's Communication and Media program in Florence, Willow collaborated on the 23rd volume of FSU Florence's student magazine, Il Ponte. She contributed as a staff writer, where she had the opportunity to curate authentic articles relating to her experiences in Italy. She is currently a Junior at FSU, where she is pursuing a degree in Media Communications Studies and English, with a minor in Film Studies.
Willow has always loved all things literature and spends most of her free time reading. She also greatly enjoys film and music. Her special interests include (but are not limited to): 80s horror movies, 20th century literary fiction, the Beat Generation poets, and Modern Baseball. Willow feels most herself with a book in her hand and headphones over her ears. For Willow, these creative worlds are more than just hobbies; they are a place where she can feel at home.
At her core, she is a curious and imaginative person with a desire to share her ideas. Being able to write for Her Campus allows her to express herself through a platform full of other talented and creative individuals.
