Our world today can feel very alone, scary, and polarized. I think the biggest necessity is coming together as a unit to be there for each other, try to understand one another, and express experiences we could maybe all relate to. I find that being in HerCampus really becomes that platform where women can do this for each other. I am currently a junior, but have been part of HerCampus since I was a freshmen and it is not only a community, but helps individuals grow in their own way and identity.
