Hi everyone, my name is Shyla Smith. I am 24 years old. I was born in San Antonio Texas but was raised in Houston Texas. I’m transfer from the University of North Texas with a degree in kinesiology and a minor in psychology. I am obtaining my second degree in nursing at Southern A&M university in Baton Rouge. The reason I choose nursing is because I’ve always wanted to make a difference in someone’s life. Be the light when there in a dark place. Let them know they are not alone and that I’m here. Giving back and helping others has always been a passion for me so I can’t wait to make a difference in the healthcare field.
My personal interest include working out, trying new foods and places, traveling and just seeing the world. The World is your oyster!
