My name is Ramiyah S. Willis, and I am a third-year Business Administration major with a concentration in marketing at Clark Atlanta University. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, I graduated from Westlake High School and have always been passionate about entrepreneurship and social media marketing. My goal is to help Black-owned businesses grow their brands by leveraging creative marketing strategies and digital content. Through my studies, I’ve gained experience in business management, branding, and social media engagement, which I plan to use to build my own marketing agency in the future.
Beyond academics, I have hands-on experience in both retail and business ownership. I ran my own braiding business for over a year, which taught me the importance of marketing, customer service, and financial management. I also have experience working with brands like Adidas and DTLR, where I developed strong communication and leadership skills. Recently, I started offering social media marketing consultations to help my peers elevate their businesses, and I’m excited to continue expanding my expertise in the field.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking and baking new recipes, and focusing on my healing journey. I also have a love for creativity, whether it’s designing digital content or exploring new artistic outlets. As I continue to grow personally and professionally, I look forward to making a meaningful impact in my community and the business world.
