Greetings! I am Nayeli Carroll a freshman business administration major, concentrating in marketing all the way from Chicago, Illinois. As it is my first year attending the esteemed Clark Atlanta University I have been eager to find new ways to get involved on campus. I am a part of a few campus organizations such as Illinois Connect, SAGSAW (Save A Girl Save A World), and the ITJHP Book Club. I aspire to take what I learn at CAU to become a digital marketer and social media manager for personal, public, and corporate brands, eventually branching out to be a personal marketing firm for small businesses. I have had the gracious opportunity to intern for companies like PepsiCo and non-profit organizations to receive hands-on experience in the marketing field.
When I am not working or pertaining to my academics I enjoy modeling, reading and coloring during my free time, allowing my creativity to express myself. I have been modeling close to three years now and have enjoyed surrounding myself with other creative minds and fabulous pieces of art. When reading I enjoy realistic-fiction novels about mystery, black romance, and relatable stories, giving me new perspectives and open mind. I like to expand my imagination when coloring which has allowed me to exercise my creativity.
Joining Her Campus CAU, I am eager to build on my creative mind and be an asset to the magazine's social media team, while creating bonds and fun experiences!
