Molly McDermott is a writer for the Her Campus Glasgow chapter. She specialises in uni advice, specifically for commuting students. She will also cover film and books recommendations to give student readers something to enjoy outside of long study days. Her focus will be to encourage new and continuing readers to fully immerse themselves in uni life and enjoy it, even when it isn't always easy.
Molly has started her second year at Glasgow University studying English Literature and Classics. She is also taking art history as her elective this year which has been something she has always wanted to study and is looking forward to the upcoming uni year. Previously, Molly had written and managed her high school newspaper but is excited to get back into writing with Her Campus.
Outside of university studies, Molly enjoys reading a range of genres particularly non-fiction. She also enjoys art museums, watching football with friends, finding new coffee shops and going shopping - for things she doesn't always need!
