Hi! My name is Maria and I am a second-year nursing student at the University of Scranton. My ultimate goal from nursing school is to be a pediatric outpatient nurse, since I love working with kids!
I love babysitting, going to the beach, listening to music, hanging out with friends and family, and traveling. My favorite music artist is Noah Kahan, and my favorite song by him is "Orbiter." My favorite vacation spot is South Carolina, but Cape Cod is a close second! My favorite TV show is Modern Family, and Phil Dunphy is my favorite character. My favorite season is definitely summer, since I can go to the beach and be with my friends from home. At home, I work at a frozen yogurt spot, as a Patient Care Technician at my local hospital.
One fun thing about me is that all of my cousins live in different parts of the world. I have some in Chile, and some that live in Spain! I have one younger sister, and we are the best of friends.
I'm so excited to explore my writing and see where HER Campus takes me throughout college!
