Kalysta Donaghy-Robinson is the senior editor at the Her Campus at Ithaca College chapter. She is a senior student journalist studying both Journalism and English literature. She has extensive editorial experience, having worked both as the Year in Review Editor and Head Photo Editor for The Ithacan, Ithaca College's award-winning independent student newspaper.
Along nearing the completion of two separate degrees at the college, Kalysta has a minor in visual arts and spent a semester studying in Dublin, Ireland where she was enrolled in IES Abroad’s international writers program and worked as a photography correspondent.
In her free time, Kalysta loves to paint and read. Her current favorite author is the Irish author Doireann Ní Ghríofa because of "A Ghost in the Throat", her recently published book of poetry and prose about femininity and motherhood. However, Audre Lorde and Toni Morrison always have a special place in her heart.
