Hello, my name is Kaiya. I'm a Geology Major at George Mason University. For the longest time, I wanted to be an Astrophysicist to change the demographic of women in STEM especially the aerospace fields. However, when I changed to geology, I realized that writing and researching brought me as much joy as being a scientist. It gave me a voice, an opinion, and most importantly different perspectives. My writing tends to reflect my opinions, life, and women & gender empowerment.
