Jules Cox is a freshman at North Carolina State University. This is her first year writing for Her Campus.
In high school, Jules was student body treasurer and worked to budget and plan events as well as fundraisers with the school. She also co-founded a film club that volunteered in a local short film competition as well as hosting movie watch-parties and an Oscars predictions contest. She was active in theater both inside and outside of school and took singing lessons for multiple years. She has had 3 jobs so far, including working as a waiter for a retired living center, a movie theater concessions worker, and a sales associate at Urban Outfitters. She is currently a Fashion Textile Design major with a concentration in Textile Design, and hopes to someday be a designer for a high-end fashion company.
Jules was born in Chicago but moved to Charlotte, North Carolina when she was nine. She has 3 sisters. She is a passionate artist. She has been drawing since she can remember and finds creativity to be the best part of her life. She loves fashion and spends a lot of time thrifting or hunting online on Depop. She also loves music and will take any opportunity to go to a concert.
