I am a first year engineering student at UVic. I am pursuing studies in Mechanical Engineering and hope to participate in UVic´s exchange program in future years. I moved from Peru to Victoria three years ago, and fell in love with the island ever since!
I've always loved writing poetry and short stories, and have participated in several writing competitions. Since introduced to academic writing, I joined my school's newspaper and wrote articles about our school community. Books that introduced me to reading (and made me a life-long fangirl) were the Harry Potter and Percy Jackson series.
When I'm not doing my physics homework I paint with oils and watch TV shows, The Office and Brooklyn 99 are my favourite!
