Ella Rose Orzechowski is a Health Writer for the Her Campus chapter at Temple University, and a junior in the College of Public Health on a Pre-Physical Therapy path. She is passionate about holistic medicine, caring for others, and hopes to work as a Pediatric PT after completing school. Ella is an ambitious student and writer, who enjoys research and merging facets of every day life with medical knowledge. Particularly, she is interested in painting an overall picture of health; preventative, present, and future.
Ella has always been drawn towards reading and writing, throughout high school she enjoyed various English courses including AP Language & AP Literature. Her academic highlight was completing a year-long research study for AP Capstone Research on preventative physical therapy for chronic dance injuries. Since becoming a Temple Owl, she is completing a major in Health Professions and a minor in Dance, but is thrilled to have Her Campus as a platform for writing again.
As a very proud South Jersey girl, in her free time Ella enjoys trips to the shore (Cape May in particular), spending time at home with her family, friends, and dog, plus ALWAYS rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles. She was a dancer throughout her life starting at age 4, danced competitively until her senior year, and lately enjoys teaching dance at her home studio. Ella is always up for a long walk, a good book (Kristin Hannah enthusiast), and many re-runs Friends. She is eager to share her thoughts and research for a happy and healthy YOU!
