Elizabeth Faragi is a current freshman at UMD from Westfield, NJ. She is majoring in journalism and government & politics. In high school, Elizabeth was editor-in-chief of her school's magazine, OPTIC, as well as a social media manager and writer for her school's newspaper, Hi's Eye. In addition to journalistic writing, Elizabeth practices creative writing, specifically poetry. In the future, Elizabeth hopes to report on political news in Washington, DC. Outside of journalism, Elizabeth enjoys dancing, painting, photography, and drinking coffee.
