Claire is a senior English Secondary Education major with a minor in Children’s literature. Favorite classes at college have included Young Adult Literature, Milton, American Literature, and The Teaching of English. She has also enjoyed spending the past three years in a few of the choirs at Longwood. Outside of classes and Her Campus she is involved in Phi Sigma Pi and Catholic Campus Ministry. Claire is overjoyed to be joining Her Campus as someone who loves writing and had the opportunity to blog during her study abroad. She is excited to get to share her thoughts with the wider campus community and be able to do more writing outside of classes. When not reading for classes, Claire enjoys reading for fun, writing, singing, listening to music (especially showtunes and pop artists), and hanging out with friends.
