Ava Helfrey is a sophomore writer for the St. Bonaventure University Her Campus Chapter. This is her first year joining and writing for the organization. She plans to write about pop culture, life experiences, traveling, college life, and different hobbies.
Beyond Her Campus, Ava is a second-year student at St. Bonaventure University, with the goal to graduate a year early in May of 2028. She is a Psychology major with a Criminology minor and is involved in many other clubs on campus. She enjoys going to Yoga Club and Pilates, as well as Psychology Club and Criminology Club. She also hopes to pursue a career in the field of Social Work post graduation.
In her free time, Ava loves to be active and go to the gym or be outside and go for walks. She also loves to travel to new places and countries with her family and friends and experience new things. She is always willing to go on little adventures with her friends, whether it be shopping or running errands to grabbing a late night snack, she is always the first to say yes! Lastly, she loves listening to music and jumps at chances to go to concerts.
