A senior at the University of Colorado Boulder, Alexandra Phelps is a contributing writer and a member of the Outreach Team for her Her Campus Chapter. She double-majors in English literature and art history, complemented by minors in economics and business, with an emphasis in business leadership.
Originally from Rhode Island, she loves to write about her experiences as an out of state student, and has an article full of recommendations for if you ever find yourself in her home state. Beyond her love of her hometown and college, her articles span a collection of reviews, chronicles from her time abroad in Florence, profiles, and advice. Her favorite articles to write stem from her interest in music. Taking the form of album reviews or monthly installments delving into her listening habits, she’s always ready to share what she’s listening to.
In her free time, you can find her creating art, sorting her Pinterest pins, or working on her thesis. If she’s not in her apartment re-watching the Halloween episodes of her favorite shows or 'Dancing with the Stars', you can find her losing her voice at a concert or trying new coffee shops. Through months of trials, trying to find her perfect matcha order, she discovered that her go-to order is a matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla.
