Most college students like us love brunch;, let’s be honest, because I do too! Brunch to me is such a good time to hang out with your friends and enjoy your day, especially on the weekend. I am often not hungry in the morning because I usually prepare lame things in the morning on my rush to school, so I don’t have enough time to get a nice breakfast. Brunch is great timing for me to have both breakfast and lunch together, plus you don’t have to wait in line during the lunchtime rush.

Let me show you some of the best/favorite brunch spots in Seattle if you want to try some new tasty places! Typically some of these spots are very busy (especially on the weekend), so try to go early or reserve a table/call ahead of time to avoid waiting.Check out their websites for more info!

1. Bacco Cafe

Location:  86 Pine St. Seattle WA 98101

Bacco Cafe is a great brunch spot located right by Pike Place, so it’s an excellent choice if you want to walk around Pike Market.

Recommend: Corned Beef Hash, Crab Benedict, Salmon Benedict

2. Cafe Campagne

Location: 1600 Post Alley, Seattle, WA 98101

Another spot near Pike Market! They have excellent French cuisine, a small quiet place with amazing tasting food, and an extremely high level of care taken and exhibited by the staff. The decoration and atmosphere give you the feel of being in France without actually being in France, you know what I mean. The food might be on the pricier side but trust me it is worth it!

If you don’t want to go to downtown Seattle and wish to avoid the massive lines at some of Seattle’s famous brunch spots, this is a great place near SPU. Wild Mountain Cafe is an excellent location in Ballard. It is in a beautifully renovated old house, where each room has been repurposed for the restaurant. The food and service here are always great. They’re only open until mid-afternoon and serve a great variety of dishes, including lunch items. But still, it is open during brunch hours and a real deal! Guy Fieri visited them and even created a menu from his choices. They also have a walk-up window outside for ordering on the go and covered outdoor seating.
