Have Your Spiritual Vibration as Your Strongest Ally

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at ICU (Japan) chapter.

Everyone has their own ‘vibration’ within themselves. It’s invisible but constantly emitted outward, and is transmitted as energy, the source of all in this universe. Every vibration is affected by each other, transforming back and forth between high and low. Although our mental and physical state is said to be much dependent on the size of the wave we have at the moment, it is rare for the vibrations to be noticed and cared about as the cause of your condition. Also, the vibrations we emit affect not only things we can handle by ourselves, like what we feel, say, and how we act, but also what we tend to think is brought from outside ourselves by chance. In the first place, quite a few people assume that even their mental states attribute only to external factors which are completely unconnected to their inner matter. Here, I’m going to share the belief I’ve held and put into practice for years.

Vibration is actually not a thing only humans own. It does exist within food, non-living things, relations, and even spaces. Generally, we consider it good when its vibration is high. Whatever with high vibration has positive effects on us both physically and mentally. Low vibration, on the other hand, is connected with what we tend to think bad or negative. For example, food in its season is considered to be in high vibrations. The relationship or space where the good harmony is flowing can be said to be emitting high vibration. If you have someone you admire, some situations you long for, or particular things you desire, we could say that those all give off high vibrations toward you, and you receive them as high energy. Having the high vibration is why the food seems delicious, the relationship and spaces seem happy and comfortable, and what or who you are attracted to feels like something to you. And you unconsciously know those will bring you something good.

As I wrote at the beginning, all vibrations in this universe interact with each other. Also, they tend to be attracted to ones that are similar to them. We often say ‘Birds of a feather flock together,’ but the same is true of vibration too. While high vibrations draw and heighten each other, low vibrations do the contrary. Imagine when you are with someone you love and having a good time, or just when something amazing has happened to you. In such a situation, since you are energized by the things around you, you should be happy and peaceful and be more positive about things and people than usual. And what is more, for some reason, something good continues in a row when you’re in good shape. I assume that many of you have experienced this at least once. Maybe the opposite situation, like a vicious circle, is more familiar to you. You might say it’s just a matter of luck, but I believe luck is not beyond-human’s-range-things, but rather, is the kind of thing we can control to some extent.

What I want to say here is that whether it is the matter of the inner side of yourself, or the matter happening around you, the actual creator of everything you feel, perceive, and experience is nobody else but you. Even if no matter how you think there’s no correlation between you and what happens to you, as long as every little thing is invisibly connected by its vibration, things or people that seem to come to your life suddenly are actually more or less attributed to the vibration you emit. Just as you are attracted to particular things or people by the invisible aura they emit, you unconsciously attract what happens to you by your vibration. Ultimately, everything is a necessity, not by chance. And luck, I believe, is not something you wait for, but is something you attract as a necessity in your life. But, I never mean that you need to calculate everything and stick to it without depending on coincidence. Instead of clinging to future results, I recommend trying to keep your spiritual vibration high and let nature take its course.

You don’t need to do anything special in order to raise your vibration energy.

All you have to do is:

  1. To be conscious of your vibration state.
  2. To respect your intuition.
  3. To know yourself who deserves what you expect.
  4. To quit suspecting yourself.
  5. To keep believing with much excitement.

As I said, we attract what we emit, so you should get rid of the negative mind as much as possible. I know it isn’t always easy to do, but it is totally fine sometimes to have a low vibration moment because it is natural for the wave to become high and low alternately. In such a situation, just be relaxed and try to take what really excites you only. Also, persuading yourself that you deserve the best even if there’s no proof is quite effective. No matter how anxious or insecure you are, tell yourself, “Anyway, it’s gonna be ok because everything I desire is already in myself, and what belongs to me is supposed to come after all.” When you’re tired, it is also very important to get out of your head and just enjoy the moment by following intuition and the natural flow. Nothing is more effective than the feeling of excitement to attract something brilliant. And it would be greater if you have that feeling based on nothing but your inner self, such as belief or hope, which is invisible and formless but firm you hold in your heart. To make a long story short, raising spiritual vibration is all about being gentle to your mind and accepting and believing yourself no matter what.

You may think it sounds shady, but I’ve benefited from this way of thinking for years. I really think that trying to keep the vibration high is the best way of caring both about myself and others. Its calmness and tolerance embrace even anger, sadness, or insecurity, and bring joy and peace. If what you give off changes, what you receive changes; as a result, the world that surrounds you changes for your necessary luck to be realized.
