Best Gluten-Free Foods To Try

I’ve been gluten-free for about 2 years, so I know the struggle of finding good gluten-free foods to eat and determining which foods do/do not contain gluten. Thankfully, many gluten-free versions of foods that usually contain gluten have been invented (such as gluten-free bread, pasta, pizza, etc.). Some of these gluten-free substitutes are really good, and some taste awful. The trick is knowing which brands to buy. Here are my recommendations for which gluten-free food products are worth the money:

  1. Daiya frozen pizzas (gluten free, vegan)
  2. Annie’s Vegan Mac and Cheese w/ rice pasta (gluten-free, vegan)
  3. Dino Buddies gluten free chicken nuggets (found at Walmart; yes, they’re dinosaur-shaped)
  4. Ian’s Gluten-Free Fish Sticks
  5. Gluten-free Oreos (NOT dairy-free)
  6. Udi’s gluten-free sandwich bread (whole grain)
  7. Daiya mac and cheese (gluten-free, vegan)
  8. Barilla gluten-free penne pasta
  9. Good Thins gluten-free rice crackers (garden veggie flavor)
