My Saturday morning routine since moving to Austin has involved stopping at a local coffee shop and trying their drinks before heading to Zilker Park with my pups. Over the past two years, I have created a list of some of my favorite coffee spots in this city based on the coffee and the vibe! So here they are…(in no particular order at all!)
Palomino Coffee:
This cute little spot is located in East Austin and is the perfect spot for a classic oat milk latte. The vibe inside is adorable, but beware there is not a lot of indoor seating. There are plenty of outdoor seats for when the weather is nice!
Plaza Colombia:
This is easily one of my favorite coffee spots. The coffee is delicious but they also have plenty of smoothies for friends that may not love coffee. Every time I come, I also have to leave with a side of plantain chips because they are the perfect afternoon snack combo.
Cuatro Gato:
This fun little spot is located in downtown Austin and is right by the Coconut Club! The coffee is wonderful and so are the empanadas. This is a great pit stop when going downtown
Inteligensia:
This is a cute spot near downtown as well! It is more of a grab-and-go place with not much indoor seating, but their dirty chai latte is to die for. I definitely recommend on a Saturday morning and going for a walk nearby after.
Flat Track:
This fun spot is located in East Austin! It is a bike repair shop and coffee shop in one. The baristas are so sweet and know a lot about what they serve. They also have some different and exciting drinks!
Revival:
This shop screams everything pink and everything cute. I definitely recommend this spot for a coffee shop and photoshoot in one. Their oat milk latte is wonderful and is a favorite!
