Oh hey girl, what’s up!! You want to learn how to be a girl boss? Don’t worry babe, I got you. I am the ultimate hype beast. My absolute favourite thing in the world is giving my besties corny advice that I don’t even follow myself. Today, I am here to bestow upon you some of my genius, god-tier words of wisdom that will manifest your aspirations all the way to the sun and back. It’s actually very simple and there are just three steps to help you achieve everything you’ve ever dreamed of.

The first step is to just do it. If there’s something you want to accomplish, then just do it. You feel like starting a YouTube channel? Just do it. You’re passionate about starting a business? Just do it. You want to write articles and be a part of an amazing, supportive group of girl bosses at Her Campus? Just do it!! The first step to accomplishing everything you’ve dreamed of, is to take that first step by just doing it. Although it can be scary, what’s the worst that could happen? Drowning in a pool of your own tears? Unlikely. So what are you waiting for? Get out of your comfort zone, follow your heart and pursue your dreams.

So now that you’ve decided to just do it, what happens next? Well, my friend, unfortunately you can’t “just do it” and expect all of your dreams to magically come true. Being a girl boss doesn’t come without hard work. The grind never stops. Work it, twerk it. It won’t be easy, but it’ll be so worth it as long as you’re putting the effort into something you’re passionate about. The legend herself Kelly Clarkson once said, “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.” However, while you’re working and twerking it, always remember that it’s important to take breaks and stay hydrated. Hydrate or die-drate.

Last but not least: NEVER stop believing. Anything is possible as long as you believe in yourself. I’ve heard so many people say things like, “I’m not good enough,” or “I can’t do it,” or “it’s too hard.”  However, we do not tolerate that type of self-talk here. Cleanse that negative energy and replace it with positivity. Like my idol Hannah Montana says, “Who said, who said I can’t be Superman? I say, I say that I know I can.” Read it. Repeat it. Internalize it. That way you’ll be set for life.

I hope these expert tips will help you become the best girl boss that you can be. I hope that you’re able to live a beautiful, prosperous life filled with love, happiness and success. All you have to do is channel your inner amazingness. Some final words of wisdom: Stay confident. Stay sexy. And don’t forget to thank me when you become a CEO.
