When the holiday season comes around, we are all eager to fulfill our sweet tooth indulgences! Although it is important not to overindulge, in moderation we can all use a little treat to satisfy those cravings! I’ve done some research on top notch recipes that will BOOst your cooking skills this Halloween!

Witch Hat cookies

You will need:

  • Oreo cookies
  • Chocolate Hershey’s kisses
  • Melted chocolate
  • Pretzels (optional)

First, you will need to lather the cookies in the melted Hershey’s chocolate. Once you have let it settle and harden, you are then able to smear on some frosting or chocolate to serve as the “glue” for your pretzels to lay over the chocolate-covered Oreos. Once that layer has molded together, we can then settle the Hershey’s kisses on top of the pretzel, which will serve as the tip of the witches hat. Now go and indulge in this SPOOKtacular Halloween treat!

Orange frosted brownies

You will need:

  • Brownie mix (double chocolate is my personal favorite!)
  • Oreo cookies
  • Cookies
  • Pillsbury frosting
  • Orange food dye

Although this is a slight twist to normal brownies, they are definitely one of my favorites! You will need to start out by lining a brownie tray with the brownie mix and placing it in the oven for about 10 minutes. Once those 10 minutes have passed, you can then sink the cookies and Oreos into the brownie mix. Once you’ve filled the tray with all of that deliciousness, you can then place the tray back into the oven and let it cook for 15 to 20 more minutes. Finally, to spice it up for Halloween, you can add some orange frosting on top of the brownies to serve as the final touch!

Candy corn chocolate chip cookies

You will need:

  • Cookie dough
  • Chocolate chips (extra if you’re feelin’ in!)
  • Candy corn

This is a super simple recipe that will get you into the Halloween spirit! All you will need to start with is a fresh batch of cookies, and simply add as much candy corn as you would like throughout the process of preparation. I know my candy corn lovers will hands down love this recipe!
